Matt was invited to lead the opening invocation for the House of Representatives for the state of New Mexico. One blessing of home schooling is we were able to postpone school work and go on a field trip to Santa Fe with Dad. While there, we met up with our friend, Senator Craig Brandt and saw his office and visited with he and his wife Tonja. The kids and I sat up in the viewing gallery as the session opened. It was a really neat experience!
