I have had a heart for people with Down Syndrome since I was in middle school, so I have known about the Buddy Walk and what it represents for a long time. Naturally, I was excited to participate this year with Endale and our family. Unfortunately, it was on a Sunday this year, so Matt couldn't be a part. I was so thankful for two dear friends from church that volunteered to come walk with us as well. It was a beautiful and special day.
